We are quite flexible, but the core services that we offer are: PowerPoint templates - we design a template to fit your
company identity; Presentation Makeovers - we take your presentation and make it more visually appealing;
Full Consultancy Service - this is the most popular service with our customers . Usually starting with a workshop, our
business consultants work with you to produce a storyboard and then design a high impact presentation;
Sales Toolkit - we produce a full suite of presentations for your sales force.
We work on a day rate basis so that you only pay for the amount of time that it takes. The cost depends on a number
of factors - number of slides, amount of changes, service required. If you call us - on 0845 050 6245 - we will be able to
talk you through the options and identify the service that best suits your requirements.
For best results we generally advise 5 days for a Presentation Makeover and 3 weeks for the Full Consultancy
Service. However, we also recognise that many presentations have tight deadlines and we can often turn things
around in 24 hours. How do you deal with payments? We normally invoice you at the end of the project - when
you are happy. For smaller projects we accept credit cards - American Express, Master Card or VISA.
We strongly believe that you should be able to make changes yourselves. We want to maintain satisfied customers.
We do not believe in the current industry trend for locking presentations and forcing you to pay inflated charges for
changes. No two ‘standard’ presentations are ever the same - you need to be able to change your presentation yourself
to keep it current. We usually find that happy customers come back to us for another project later on. If you would prefer
us to make changes for you then we are happy to do this on our standard day rate basis.
Only if you want us to. Unlike most other design companies we do not "lock" PowerPoint presentations. Where
possible we make all text PowerPoint text and all pictures are 'floating' objects so that they can be moved, resized or
deleted accordingly. Every time you deliver a presentation you will probably want to tweak it yourself. For compliance
reasons in certain industries - such as selling endowment policies - we can lock the presentation for you.
Generally speaking, no. Flash, although not difficult to learn, does normally require several weeks of training to become
competent. It is generally outside of the reach of the average business user. We do, however, usually separate images
and text from the main Flash file. This way you will be able to change these without needing to change the main Flash file.
Mainly PowerPoint - as this is used by most business people, but we also have extensive Flash capabilities so that
we can transfer presentations onto the web and CD-ROMs. In the background we use programs like
Photoshop and Illustrator extensively to create and manipulate images.
We can produce web presentations in Flash or PowerPoint.
This is a common problem in most corporates. Our designers use the latest software to compress files down to the
smallest size - so that they should be able to email. For large files and for the sales toolkits we can also build you a
secure download page on our server so that you can distribute files across your company.
Yes you can although we usually advise that we compress the size of the images before we do this.
